Winter may seem an unlikely time to explore Shakespeare’s most summery play — but that’s exactly why it’s perfect. Beneath all the talk of Maying and midsummer revelry lies a stranger, darker, more shadowy world. Not for the faint-hearted.

We will read A MIDSUMMER NIGHT’S DREAM in a gorgeous home in Bristol. We will then go to BRISTOL OLD VIC to see the HOLLY RACE ROUGHAN’s fabulous production.
