One of the most profound and searching depictions of what it is to be human. Hamlet has morphed and shape shifted for each and every individual who has ever come across this play, whether actor, director or audience. Shakespeare’s ability to present the messiness of our innermost thoughts in transcendent poetic verse is the gift that keeps on giving.

We will read HAMLET online (Zoom). We will then watch the RSC smash hit production of the play at THE BARBICAN (London). Directors, Steven Hoggett and Christine Jones co-created this version with Thom Yorke, combining Shakespeare’s Hamlet and Radiohead’s album Hail To The Thief.
