Includes 12 hours of guided reading with Claire Cartwright plus recap notes, theatre tickets and post-show discussion.

Family, frailty, fury and forgiveness. It’s quite the cocktail. King Lear delves down into the animal depths and soars into the philosophical heights of human nature. It is domestic and cosmic all in the same breath. It’ll blow your socks off.

We will read KING LEAR online (Zoom). We will then watch the YARD THEATRE production starring the extraordinary IAN MCKELLEN, adapted by the mighty SIMON STEPHENS and directed by The Yard’s Artistic director, JAY MILLER.
